Sometimes we set ourselves up for sadness. Protect your gates. If you know certain people, songs, movies, conversations, drinks, or shows make you heavy and anxious, protect your spirit from those triggers. Those are doorways that the enemy uses to enter in and weigh you down. Keep your doors sealed. Use discernment and wisdom and stay away from things and people who sadden you.
